After I train I take one scoop of 100% egg with one scoop of muscle provider. Would I be better off taking two scoops of muscle provider? And should 100% egg just be used as a supplement for the real thing? Thanks! Shred Betty | ||

Shred Betty...I think you'll find when compared to 100% egg, MP is your best bet for post workout. It's quickly absorbed and has a ton of BCAA's in it. Dwayne. | ||
