I was just curious as to what supplements are good for early morning LISS on an empty stomach? currently Im using 2 leanout and 5g Glutamine (not Glutamine Select, dont want my insulin moving from the BCAA's) any other suggestions?

Try the new quadracarn and your choice of fat burner in addition (I use Musclean and Yohimbine HCL back and forth every two days, I also use ECA but as a teen I DONT recommened it to you); glutamine is great, lean out is also good as the chrom in it will help clear any circulating glucose.

im probably the only nut on here that does diet prep that stresses about BCAA during LISS. I know the Beverly advisors will say use it. I just feel that my LISS and what I advise is SO LIGHT, that muscle wont be jeopardized so why risk insulin release with the BCAA. LISS needs insulin low to work. Now when doing HIIT I use 2 scoops GS, density, GH factor etc. But save some of that until your final 5-7 week push. Maybe even 4.

That said I follow up my LISS EVERY morning with 2 scoops GS (get the BCAA right away after) right when Im done since it takes 20 mins to get breakfast finished. I also pop 4 synergy immediately as well.

Dont be afraid to try things that make reasonable sense and are safe. If you want to try the BCAA during LISS have at it, track your results.

For instance, Ive found UMP is king for my type of dieting sytle in offseason, but during my cut with my higher carbs my body does better and moves quicker on MP. Why? Not exactly sure, but this is what I have found in the real world.

So I use MP to cut and UMP to gain. And man do I miss my UMP. Okay, enough rambling.

What about Density pre morning LISS - would Density risk your low glycogen levels upon waking since it breaks down/is absorbed so quickly?

The BCAA in density is lower than GS which just is BCAA and glutamine, so try it. I still wait until after when I due my GS two density and most of my other supps.

Again this is HOW I DO IT, there are different ways to diet. And if you are going much lower carb to begin with and making use of gluconeogenesis you probably dont have to worry about this as much.

I diet on much higher carbs (for much of the way) and need to make use of these windows when they are open.

With anything try it make notes, if it works, great, if it doesnt, move on and develop a new plan of attack.

LISS is low intensity steady state cardio performed at a low, steady and moderate pace. It can be as simple as just a long walk.
