I've been posting for a while now about perfecting my diet and supplement regimen.

Right now I am on my (monthly) and have gained a few pounds. I cannot take direutics but I am pounding water like crazy.

I want to know, how can I safely and effectively drop 5-10 pounds in about a week?

How low can I drop my calories without hurting myself? I'm consuming about 2000 calories a day right now and I'm thinking of bringing them down to about 1400. I do Tae Bo 4x week.

I am not taking 7-Keto MuscLean but I am thinking about it.

What would you recommend me to acheive this goal?

Any specific reason you are looking at WEIGHT?

As for water weight, use some of the herbals to keep water balance, even Taraxatone will help. Use foods that have a diuretic effect. Asparagus, protein sources. Limit foods that cause you to hold water.

Since you have a problem completely digesting foods, I wouldn't cut back on the calories but change to more complex foods. Foods that digest quickly would be the ones to cut back.

Weight. Inches. Whatever (=

I just feel a bit bloated on this new diet and I'm going to be in a bikini a week from now and I'd like to see my abs again.

Can't take herbals. But I'll try some asparagus.

Big Grin

A very difficult mindset to overcome. All you may need to do is lose 3 pounds of fat. Do a double dose of cardio. Do some AM, Workout, PM.

Skip the cheats. Cheats will not help, but may wreck what you've already done.

You'll be fine. Abs may not be present, buy you are FAR from looking bad. Nothing to be ashamed, which it seem you well know. Abs my find their way out. Wink

Frank, how does my diet look?

I am skipping cheats til I return home from my vacation on the 20th.

I will have to eat out next weekend probably three times. I'll stick with tilipia and salmon and a side salad most likely.

Double dose of Cardio? Meaning, should I do Tae Bo twice? I do not have access to a gym, and it's about 110 out here.

I could wake up early and walk? Or go late at night I suppose, once it gest down to 95-100.

If you're hungry, eat. Otherwise, I think it fits, provided you're not starving or losing tone. Only you can tell because you'd lose strength and you know your system and what it can digest.

As for cardio, walking is perfect for you. AM/PM would look great.

Thanks Frank!

I will watch my energy levels.

I felt great yesterday, though I did change my last meal to two eggs, a tiny bit of rice (about 2 T. and 2 oz chicken) (approx 300 cals).

I will find the time tonight to go walk, at least 2 miles.

Thanks again!

Any other recommendations would be great.....
