Hi,
I just started taking Lean Out, GH Factor and ZMA's. I'm curious how and when I should take each? I take 3 zma's every night before bed. I take the lean out and GH factor usually 3-4 times a day right before a meal or workout. I'm taking 2 Lean Out's and 3 GH Factors each time. I've read conflicting information on the bottles compared to what the website suggest. I just want to make sure I'm doing it right as I'm trying to drop my body fat down. I'm in great shape I'm just pushing to get that really lean-cut look.

Hi Rick,
I know it can be confusing when you read about people taking things so many different ways. And there's only enough room on a bottle to generally put one simple method of use. But you are on the right track already. With the ZMA, that is one product that there is one best way to do it. And that's just like the label describes and how you are taking it - 3 caps before bed. On the other two, we would usually recommend (for a male) 8-12 capsules per day of Lean Out and 12 capsules per day of GH Factor – to get maximum fatloss. 2 Lean Out + 3 GH Factor four times daily should work great for you. The most important thing is that you take enough of each and you spread the dose throughout the day.
