Hi Rick, I know it can be confusing when you read about people taking things so many different ways. And there's only enough room on a bottle to generally put one simple method of use. But you are on the right track already. With the ZMA, that is one product that there is one best way to do it. And that's just like the label describes and how you are taking it - 3 caps before bed. On the other two, we would usually recommend (for a male) 8-12 capsules per day of Lean Out and 12 capsules per day of GH Factor – to get maximum fatloss. 2 Lean Out + 3 GH Factor four times daily should work great for you. The most important thing is that you take enough of each and you spread the dose throughout the day. Good Luck | ||
