So when I called to order (got the 50 & up package) the rep suggested I add GH Factor to my order, which I did. As I look through the forum and the different supplement suggestions for various goals I don't see anything that suggests this product for men. Is it because I am "old" that he recommended it? I doubt it was to sell me more since I ordered over $600 in product (before discount) anyway.
So assuming that I should take GH Factor what is the best way for me to take it. I am male, 50, 8.5% bf so I don't need to lose any weight.
