OK, I'm 41 now and things are a bit different. I don't recovery as well, it's harder to build muscle without gaining fat, I have to to more cardio, and the joints hurt.
OK, enough complaining.... Outside of protein, ZMA, and vitamins which are fixtures in my supplement program, does anyone have any recommendations for the aged (regardless of brand)? I'm thinking of adding some kind of Joint or EFA supplement to the above fixtures. Restrictions? Oh yeah...the budget. Outside of the fixed items above, I have about $100 per month to spend on supplements. What's the most bang for the limited buck these days? |

Id add Beverly's Muscle Synergy, Mass Aminos and Livers. Id also probably get some Diesel Test by Diesel Nutrition to help restore natural test levels, what you complain of sounds like lower test levels to some extent. Its not a prohormone--it simply helps elevate lower test naturally (this assumes you are male).
