I had such good results with Synergy pre contest, I have decided to see what kind of results I could acheive with it without being on a calorie restricted diet. I invested in 3 bottles, and just got 3 more, so I am fairly stocked and hoping for good things. I am doing 30 per day now. Has anyone else had good experiences using Synergy for gains rather than on a contest diet? I love Bev products, and was/am trying to use the very best thing for gaining on the market. I settled on Synergy. (Of course I still do my Mass Maker and Provider and Ultra 40's)

I have always looked at Synergy as more of a mass and strength builder. Synergy was the first Beverly product I ever used, my workout partner told me about it so I cheched it out and placed an order. I did just like the bottle states load creatine first week then take one tsp weeks 2-3 then one tsp of glutamine everyday. The first week I gained seven pounds. After probably just four days on it I noticed better pumps which seemed to last all day long and my strength went through the roof. My workout partner and I can always tell when the other is on Synergy! So yes I highly suggest Synergy for mass gains especailly with some aminos thrown in during your workout.

Thanks for the response. I have had tremendous improvement in my weights, doing poundages I haven't seen for quite some time! I see no real weight gain yet, though I do look bigger to myself(and others). The scale does not necessarily reflect it, but I am sure it has to come with the heavier weights being used. Synergy is great stuff.

The first time I used Synergy it was during a strength and power training phase and I added about 20-30 lbs to every lift. It was crazy.

Synergy...the perfect name.

I used 30 per day and had excellent results. So is Alex. He is continuing to pack on size in the last couple of years. He had a great post on the old board and sticks to a serious diet all year long.

I don't know where the cut-off would be. I started with 16 per day, then moved up to 24, then 30. Each increase would have good results.

Just one note. If you're on grapefruit, take the Synergy a couple of hours before or after you consume the grapefruit. Grapefruit (acid)has been known neutralize creatine.
