Has anyone tried taking Glutamine Select beforetheir workout?

Previously I was sipping two scoops in 16 oz of water during training. I noticed after about an hour I got a huge burst of energy.

This morning I took 1 scoop of GS 30 minutes before training and sipped the other scoop during training.

The results were dramatic. I blew through the workout this morning in 40 minutes (verses an hour 20), and I easily made the 4% increased weights (and max reps) for my 7/70 program. In fact I felt I could have added 10 to 20 pounds on squats and still made it easily.

I have always been told to take GS 30 minutes before a workout and right when you are finished for the best results.

Don,

I recieved my first bactch of Glutamine select about 4 weeks before the Nationals. I began taking it as directed but found that I had a better effect using it as follows. I take 1 scoop upon rising then begin making breakfast. The eggs, oats etc take about 20min to cook so I was already pushing my body out of a catabolic state. The 1 scoop preworkout, 1 scoop as I work out and 1 scoop post. I still use it in the same way even though I am in my one month eat anything phase. I may also expariment in using it 3-4 times a day between meals with Synergy.
