I was wondering what causes Synergy to look like a mice has been chewing on it when you leave it out of the bottle.

I've never seen it. My dog loved Ultra 40s and Mass Aminos. I used to hide them and she'd find them, sometimes turning over coffee tables just to get to it!

How long and have you watched them? I've left them in a small container in the hot car, no changes other than a strong odor.

Just kiding about the Mice If you leave them lay out in the open air on the counter for awhile they will start to look like they have been eaten on.

I've wondered the same thing myself. They start to "oxidize" (not the right word). But they begin to break down if you leave them exposed for more than a few minutes.
