How exactly does Lean Out work? From what I understand, and correct me if I am wrong, the chromium in the lean out allows your insulin to work more effectively. With that said, does that mean that it increases your insulin? What about the other ingredients in L/O, how do they work?

Actually Lisa my undestanding is that it works as an insulin regulator of sorts. In other words it helps the insulin be released over a longer period thus avoiding the detrimental spikes. When the insulin is spiked thats a great environment for storing bodyfat. Sorry I cant be more technical, see if others can.

Lisa, the l-carnitine helps to release fatty acids into the blood stream so that they can be used for energy. The other ingredients work synergistically with the carnitine to facilitate faster fat loss.

Some people ask if lean out is like other supplements, does it need to be cycled?
No, in fact it is one supplement that works all of the time and it helps the body, with each dose, to be more efficient in fat burning plus all of the other extra body benefits. Sandy |
