Deciding to use ZMA or not... I'm 25 and should have plenty of testosterone right? Well, then would taking ZMA benefit me? Thanks for the help... House

It doesn't matter what age, stress from normal day can deplete Zinc and Magnesium. Add the brutal workout, replacing it will allow a good restful sleep. Lowered Zinc/Magnesium can deprive you of this. Good sleep will help in hgh release as well. There are a lot of other issues with sleep and lack OF a good sleep.

Thanks for the info. I read up on it a little more and understand it better now... Man I wish I would have realized this before. I always have problems with sleep and waking up in the morn...

Use the ZMA for a while, maybe 2 or 3 weeks. Then try the 3 ZMA and 4 Muscle Synergy to see if you notice a difference. It seemed to knock me OUT 6 out of 7 days.
