I want to know if anyone else is like me--hard to swallow pills? I am able to take the smaller pills but can't seem to take the Joint Care, which I really need--my elbows and knees are in pain. I do not want to give up cycling, running, etc.

Is it possible to pop the gel and drink the liquid? Please advise...
