First meal of the day has me chugging down 24 horsechokers! Ugh!
Anyway, what's the difference between the MS Power Pac regular and the pacs designed for "that time o' the month?"

Hey Erin don't have an answer for you but an additional question in relation to yours...
You get 8 days of diff. pills in the Ms. Power Pac for that time -
#1 okso do you start taking them on day one of that time and continue for 8 days??
#2 what if you have gotten to the stage of leanness where THAT TIME is gone? Do you still take them for 8 days when its suppose to be that time??
#3 when you do get your period, what if it doesn't last 8 days???
Sorry Erin I know you wanted an answer and I only added more questions...

There really isn't that much difference. Bev just added extra iron and a slightly larger amount of certain vitamins that may be excreted or may be in more demand at certain times.
You do not need to take 8 packs consecutively. You can the 8 packets anytime (comes in handy when you need to get rid of them) and your body will just get rid of what it doesn't need. Your body is far smarter than any supercomputer, it will adjust.
Thanks, Linda. That does help. My reason for asking is that I'm on Depo Provera and don't get a period so I don't know when I'm supposed to use the TOM vitamins.
Thanks, Erin

She probably didn't know your situation. The Super Pak is a good alternative, no worrying about when to take what. Just take a pack everyday and choke it down.
