Ultra 40s and constipation

Not something I want to talk about freely, but I feel I must!
I struggle with constipation anyways, but since beginning the Ultra 40s, I am extremely constipated and am not sure what to do to combat the effects of that. Any input would be appreciated!!! I have a show coming up in 3 and a half weeks and would like to get a handle on this little problem now.
Thanks!

The source of this problem can be the precontest diet itself, just as much as it is the Ultra 40's. I'd recommend trying some sugar-free Citrucel a couple times per day. And BI's Multiple Enzymes with each meal. Miralax is now available over the counter too if you need a few doses of something stronger to get things moving.
This is an unfortunate part of precontest dieting for lots of people, especially females. The good news is that you just have 3 more weeks to go.

Unfortunately sometimes the extra Iron in ultra 40's can cause this problem as well. I'm extremely anemic and can't live without the great Iron supply from the Ultra 40's but as Steven said, you may need to take something else. I try Benefiber. The Miralx sometimes causes a bloating problem for me, if I'm not careful in how I use it. Phsyllium (spellcheck..lol) Husk is also good also. You just need to be careful of the bloating that some of these products can cause.
