Any suggestions for a fat loss/lean muscle building stack? I am currently using UMP, Creatine, and Glutamine. I have hit a platau! Please HELP!

Brawler,
By no means am I an expert. However, I have been stacking GH Factor with Lean out recently (last 3 weeks) and have been AMAZED at the changes. I have been dieting well and performing 4 days of cardio for 3o minute sessions, so that is obviously a factor. I do believe that the combination of cardio/diet and the supps are really making some noticeable changes to my physique.

Guessing you have that down....

A few HIIT Cardio sessions per week for 10-15 minutes.

Supplements

3 Lean Out 3 times per day 30 minutes before meals

2 Energy Reserve Before workout and in between meals

6-12 GH Factor Before Bed and Upon Rising

3 7 Keto Twice Daily, Upon Rising and before Workout
