At Beverly we are interested in what you've found to be the most effective way to use Density.

I use it primarily when I am restricting my calories a little to tighten up, and want to not lose any muscle or strength. Remember, I'm 60 years old and weigh 215 at 6'1" so I may need to take a little more than the average.

Anyway here's what I have found to be effective.
5 in a.m.
5 with each of at least 3 of my meals (as I get older it's harder and harder for me to eat 50 grams of protein per meal - it's more like 30-40 for me so the Density completes the amino acid profile of about anything and I get maximum protein absorption by adding Density to the meals). Or if I eat a meal that does not have a significant amount of protein, I always take 5 or 10 Density.
5-10 before training (5 if I stack with Muscle Mass or Glutamine Select, 10 if that's all I take).

Back in the day, we took 3-5 Density between each meal (with some 2-3 Ultra 40's)to achieve a positive nitrogen balance all day. Nowdays I find it a lot easier to take them with meals so I haven't tried that method lately.

Density is my personal favorite supplement (I was even in an ad in M&F for it back in 1985) so I'd like to hear your most effective method of using it. Thanks!

It seems like Density is helping provide what I need for building solid mass.

Here's what I am doing:

Density in the AM with a meal

30 min prior to workout 8 Muscle Synergy taken with 8 oz Gatorade and 4 more within 15 min of actual workout (not warm up)
5 Density 3/4 of workout
5 Immediately after with Creatine Select

I'm not listing total supp use, but this has been they way I have been using it and feel thicker muscles, not just a post workout pump.

What are you using for testing nitrogen?

Bodyfat is SLOWLY disappearing as I am taking my time zigzagging the diet. When I first started using Density, I was at 193, BFC unknown. I am sitting at 188, much better conditioning and tighter. While I have started using a portion of Jason's listed GDA Protocol, I was already using Density and had the thickness showing.
