I'm wondering how others handle early workouts, before eating any meals. What are your pre and post workout supplements and timing?

Since I am trying to lose fat primarily at this time, I'll drink a few (2-3) scoops of Uplift before training, and 2 scoops of Glutamine Select Plus BCAAs during training. After training, I just eat my normal breakfast (1st Meal). When my goals shift to gaining more size, I will probably add a postworkout and maybe a small preworkout shake when I add calories. The Uplift is great for a preworkout boost. A little caffeine is good too, like 7-Keto.
Thanks for the reply Nick. I don't need to lose any fat. I am waiting for my Up-Lift to come. Should be here Tuesday. Probably going to take the Glutamine, Creatine, Density, Muscle Synergy and Quadracarn pre-workout. I'd like to take a shake prior but I can't see getting up any earlier to do so This message has been edited. Last edited by: SWade,
Just get up at the same time and have your shake. I am sure it takes at least 30 minutes from the time you wake up until you get to the gym, and if you are taking all those other supplements, I bet you can handle a 1-2 scoop Muscle Provider shake.
So say I get up at 4:30 drink the shake. The I walk the dog for 30 minutes, come back have the Glutamine/Creatine and the other supps., then hit the gym (basement).

I wake up at 2:50AM, take in 1/2C. oats and a scoop and a half of UMP, train from 4:00AM until 5:45AM, on the drive to work at 6:00AM I eat another 1/2C. oats with one and a half scoops MP. At 7:30AM I eat 6 egg whites, 2oz. ground beef, and 3/4C. oats. That is the start to my day.....
