Much of that is a matter of personal choice and what's convenient for you to do. You can mix them together, or you can separate them. Most will mix Up-Lift and Creatine Select together and shoot that down 15 minutes or so before training. Then start sipping Glutamine Select right after that and throughout the workout. This is my personal preference as I don’t have to gulp down too much liquid at one time. Up-Lift and Creatine have specific benefits of consuming them entirely before your workout. It’s not as critical to consume Glutamine before to get the maximum benefit. It’s helpful before, during and after. That’s why I recommend it’s up to you of mixing them all together or separating them.
