i was looking into taking creatine.I have a couple of concerns of bloating and weight gain.I read your article on your creatine and how it helps you lose fat which i like i'm just concern on blowing up in the waist area(already having trouble zipping my pants lol)can someone please lead me in the right way if i should include this supplement to my regimine and if so is there a diet i should follow to reduce the wrong kind of weight gain.I would love to look like the figure models in your no nonsense catalog and if creatine will help me achieve this goal i am willing to give it a shot thanks
If your goal is weight loss alone, creatine would be helpful but not essential. However, if you also want to add tone, muscle, and strength while losing fat Creatine becomes very valuable in a number of ways.
Most companies add sugar of one sort or another to their creatine products because they say it helps you absorb it better, but what it really does is keep you from losing fat and makes you bloated to boot. Beverly Creatine Select does not add extra sugar. It does contain beta alanine which along with creatine will help you train harder, get more reps, and thus burn more fat.
Thanks so much i really am looking to tighten up and lose a couple of lbs of fat and it sounds like creatine will help w/that so i'm gonna give it a try and maybe be a success story in your magazine lol
ok but just for my peace of mind this will also help in LOSING weight exspecially in the mid section sorry about so many q but i took a different creatine along time ago and got soooo puffy looking, but everywhere and everyone keeps talking about how wonderful it is
Creatine is not going to help you spot reduce. The function of creatine is not for this effect. No supplement in fact, will do this. Or, any exercise for that matter. If you wish to lose weight, the diet is going to be number one, training second, and cardio a distant third.
