There are any number of supplement combos from Bev that can help you to pack on the muscle, and right from the get-go, I would tell you Mass and Ultra 40 with EVERY meal... that being said, I think the best thing for you to do at this point is to post your current diet! Afterall, supplements are just tools, but your diet is your foundation! Whats the point of having all these tools when you don't have a ground to stand on? Post that diet Donna and we will see what would be the best thing for you to do.

I eat every three hours, I take in about 80 - 100 grams of protein a day. No red meat or pork. I eat alot of chicken and turkey. I am always looking for healthy recipes. I eat fruit and I know I need to increase my veg. I have been taking cell mass and no explode and amino acid(only after work out) and extra scoop of glutamine. This sums up most of what I eat. Let me know if I need to be more specific.

OK. I am gonna need more info for sure. What is your current weight and bodyfat? 80-100grams of protein is pretty insignificant amount unless you yourself weigh under 100 lbs? Give me a total breakdown meal by meal of what you eat in specific order, or do you not have one in place already?

As far as your diet goes, as of now you sound pretty lost. Post the necessary info Donna and we can get started for you. Smile

In my 35 plus years in the iron game I've done some really smart things and some really dumb things. One time merely as an experiment I ingested only bev's mass aminos and my favorite bev's liver with water for almost a week do you know I not only maintained my lbm but actually noticed an increase of almost a half lb!. That's why when someone asks what to take to gain I always suggest the liver/amino combo. It would be wise to take CB's sane, rational approach to nutrition as opposed to my madness tho. I just thought I would give my 2 cents.

To tell you more, I am 41years young, 5'7" and at 135-138lbs. My body fat% is 18.5. I eat two peanut butter toast with two slices of turkey bacon for breakfast(I do not like oatmeal). When time allows I will make a protein shake with 23g of protein with blueberries and soy milk. By the time I get to work, I will snack on a light bar like the TLC bars in the grocery store. For lunch I will have chicken salad on whole wheat bread or veggie burger or peanut butter and honey sandwich with some kind of fruit. Depending on what I have cooked the night before, I may have my turkey meatloaf with vegtables. For my next snack I will have yogurt, no-sugar added applesause, carrots with hummus dip or if I just worked out I will have an Oh-Yeah bar. For supper,it may be chicken, sometype of turkey, sandwich, veggies, or every now and then a lean cuisine meal. I do have one sometimes two protein shakes a day. I know I need to add fish or tuna in a pouch, but after my last competition I can not even smell it.
I hope this is some help
Thanks for your help
