What is the best way to stack Up-Lift/Creatine/Glutamine? When and how much for each?

The "best" way depends on who you are and for what purpose you are using a particular product. The recommendations on the bottles are a good place to start in terms of proper dosage and use.

Personally, I mix a scoop or two of all three together and sip the mix before and during training.

Heres how I plan to stack these:

Pre-Workout:
Up-Lift / Creatine

During:
Creatine / Glutamine

After:
Glutamine

Have any tweeks for this?

What are the benefits of taking Glutamine pre-workout?

Should take creatine in the morning instead of pre-workout?

Hello Kovacs33,
Schmoove advised you correctly when he replied with the quote that I have attached above. There are vast people with experience on this forum and I am sure that you will receive great feedack here for your question. It would be great to know a little more about you such as your current meal plan to include all supps that you are taking, your ht, wt, etc. I apologize if you had already posted your stats earlier somewhere else but this would be a great start.

Another way would be to call the number on your supplements container or package and the wonderful folks at BI will be happy to assist you to give you your own personal dosage according to your goals.

Having said that, I personally workout at 5 am and my stack looks like this:

Wakeup at 4 am - 1 scoop Glutamine Select along with other BI Supps

30 minutes prior to workout - 1 scoop Creatine Select & 2 scoops Uplift

During workout - 2 scoops Glutamine Select sipped during my workout
(On heavy leg days, I will have 1 scoop each of Creatine Select, Glutamint Select, and Uplift and sipped during my workout)

After workout - 1 scoop Glutamine Select then 2 1/2 scoops of Muscle Provider immediately after I have finished the Glutamine Select.

Again, this is what I have been doing but it is not necessarily the norm as I have had plenty of help from Steven and Rachel Wade of BI.

Best of luck in your goals!

Thanks for the feedback.

Height - 6'
Weight - 205lbs

I have been following a healthy meal plan that is very similar to the ones discribed in a lot of the other threds from this website for quite some time and think im am Ok in that area. Although I'm very open to suggestion.

I have been weight training for the past (7) years and I have pretty much been a ginea pig when it comes to supplements. About a (2)years ago I pretty much went cold turkey and stopped taking all supplements except protein. At that point, I started reading more into each ingredient on each supplement because i wanted to know what i was putting in my body. This is the main reason that I started using and love BI products, what you see is what you get. However, I have always had a question of what, how much, and when. I have an athletic build but need that extra push to get the muscle size and definition I want instead of just being a "big guy". As you can see from my below list, i am willing to spend the money to improve my physic. I only get one body, mihgt as well treat it right.

My current goals are:
1) more energy during my workout
2) increase muscle size and endurance
3) lower my fat % (not sure of current %)

Current BI products I am using:

Creatine
Glutamine
Up-Lift
MP
UMP
Super-pak
Mass Maker

Any help/guidance is appreciated! Thanks in advance!
