Hi all,
On the back label where it lists some of the positive effects of taking mass aminos it says they are sodium free but yet the nutritional information says there is 70 mg of sodium in just 4 tablets. Being close to 200 lbs I take about 20 tablets per day and that means an additional 350 mg of sodium. Of course I'm not saying that sodium is necessarily bad but in that case why list "sodium free" on the back label as something that is good. Clearly, 70 mg is not sodium free, in fact if you were looking at it as amount of sodium per gram it is actually quite high. So why the descrepency? Here is the back label: Supplement Facts: Serving Size: 4 Tablets Servings Per Container: 125 Amount Per Serving: Calories 20 Protein 4g Sodium 70mg |
