I am currently taking Muscularity and it says to take it with every meal. Does that mean just the three main meals (b'fast, lunch and dinner) or with snacks as well? Thanks!

What are your current goals? Muscularity is typically used at 4-6 weeks out from a show. It replaces the Mass Amino's in the diet, however I have also used Muscularity during training, as well. If you are not nearing a contest, I would use Mass Amino's with meals. However, if you supply us with a bit more info, ie: height, weight, current nutrition, other supps, we can better advise.

I agree with Aram, if not in the final stages of contest prep, you are better advised, and your pocket will thank you, for just using Mass Aminos...good bang for your buck.
