I was going to do an INBF show on May 24, but debating that with an NGA show - Does Inbf still ban 7 keto?

I know the natty org that the Natural Olympia falls under bans 7 keto. They have a local show April 12th here in Florence, KY. Looked into it briefly, but 7 keto is banned by them. I think its okay in the NGA, dont know about the INBF.

7-Keto is not banned in the INBF.

Jason,no I am not competing.I saw your pictures and you look great,correct me if I am wrong but you changed your diet to include carbs daily especially pre-post workout and it made a huge differance for you.

You are correct, and you know, I started to look around after you explained to me that you did that and it made a big difference for you as well. I figured if it worked for you and we were similar in ectomorphic tendencies I should take a gamble, and its paid off big time.
