Hi guys,

Would like to ask does any one of you cycle creatine or take year long. Currently my dosage is 2.5g per day when I workout, on non-workout days I don't take any.

I saw Brian Wiefering article, he seems like taking it year long on Creatine Select and Muscle Synergy.

I was thinking if there is a need to cycle, I might consider stop creatine for few weeks and take Density, after reading the review from all the user here, it seems promising.

Whats your take guys?

There is no need to cycle creatine. As long as you are taking an effective dietary dose you can stay on it indefinetly. Your dose should be 2-4 grams a day every day.

If I am not on Synergy, I am on Creatine select+Glutamine Select. But either way I am using creatine all year long. Cheers.

I have never been an advocate for creatine but after doing more and more reasearch, I have just ordered some Creatine Select.

In order to offset the previous problems, I will include more sodium via sea salt along with the increase of potassium.

The muscle strains may have been related to electrolyte imbalance, not creatine alone. I will post my findings after I finish the second bottle.

I believe creatine will not only assist in my performance, but help recovery.
