I'm wanting to add Muscularity into my contest prep. I have a figure show coming up in six weeks. So far I've been using Mass Aminos with every meal. Should I drop them completely from my supplements, or should I keep them in as well as adding the Muscularity? If so, what should my dosage be on each one?
Add 2 Muscularity per meal and continue to take 2 or 3 Mass per meal. If you are using more Mass than that, you can cut back to 2 or 3 Mass. At 4 weeks out, up the Muscularity to 3 per meal and if you are slightly undermuscled keep taking Mass, if you think your musculature is OK you can drop Mass and just take Muscularity.
