I've taken, at different times, Ultra 4s and Super Packs. I've personally not experienced a difference. However, that could be from other factors like diet and exercise regimes. What makes one superior to the other?
On a separate note, I'm hitting the weights hard and frequent using a periodization program to bring up some weak points. I feel like I need a little boost for recovery. Would ZMA be the right choice? I already take glutamine and BCAAs around my workouts. I try to get a good night's sleep, which occasionally works Smile

Thanks!
Annette

Ultra 4 is an essential daily multi vitamin and mineral formula designed for anyone to use. The Super Pak has higher doses of the vitamins and minerals in the Ultra 4's with an added digestive enzyme tablet. Super Pak is geared toward a larger person or some one who exercises for 200 minutes or more per week.
As for recovery, ZMA would be a great addition to your current stack. You can read more about it on the left hand side of the BI homepage at www.bodybuildingworld.com. You may also benefit by drinking a couple of scoops of Glutamine Select during the day and on your non training days as well. Personally, I have noticed less muscle soreness and decreased recovery time since starting to use Quadracarn. This is just one of the many Quadracarn benefits.
