How best to use the 50 & Up supplements.

Hi,
I'm new to BI supplements and just got everything listed for Males over 50 (UMP, Density, Muscle Synergy, Quardacarn, Glutamine Select, and Creatine Select, plus GH Factor (the rep recommended that as well)).
I workout first thing in the morning and all I have before is a pre-workout drink like SP Max. I have a recovery drink right after my workout.
I was wondering the best way to use the products I got in this scenario. Any advice is appreciated.
I am 50, 6'5", 185, 8.5% bf, workout 6 days a week usually 3 resistance, 2 cardio and yoga or stretching.
