Has anyone used UpLift as thier pre-stage pump-up drink? Since it is intended in part to enhance muscle pumps and to increase vascularity I was wondering about the merits of using it just before hitting the stage?

Any thoughts on the pros and cons of this strategy would be appreciated.

I would say a book could be written on the pros of doing that. Better pump, mental focus, vasclularity, shuttles blood into your muscles, etc. I can't think of a single con. We recommend this to anyone who's competing.

Just used it this weekend. I took two scoops of it with 12 synergy about a half hour before hitting the stage. I took it dry, I just put one scoop in my mouth then a small swig of water to wash it down then repeated. Seem to work great. I agree with Steven def no cons.
