Hi,

I have always taken a b-complex 100 2x's day. The one I just purchased has the ingredient PABA in it and the one I used to take did not. The bottle was the same so I did not realize the diffence at first. I googled PABA and it said that it enhances the hormone cortisol.. Should I not take this new B-complex and purchase it without PABA? I haven't taken it this morning because I am worried that it will hurt my fat loss.
