Hi, I've just started taking Quadracarn and LOVE IT!!!!! I'm now in "off season", but like to stay lean during the summer. By December (when I start pre contest) I only like to be 20-25 pounds up from contest weight. I compete in bodybuilding and would like to put more size on (suprise!). I'm very interested in trying some other Beverly products. I eat very clean during the week and 2 pretty big off meals on the weekend in off season. I currently take vitamins, glutamine, BCAA's, NO, creatine and aminos. Plus protien shakes. Any suggestions of a good stack? Thanks!!!!

yes sir, iam back..and i feel pretty good about going to the gym this go round where as we now have a 24 hr gym that has opened near my home..i ve been keeping up on my routines by doing push ups, some curls, jogging, and someshoulder presses...whatever time would allow.now to the diet..plain oatmeal with a bannana and a peach with a ump shake...one biscuit for my first break at work(cant help myself.. they are home-made and are excellent) another shake for lunch.this time its isopure strawberry with a kashi meal and some times an energy bar.and for dinner i have either ground turkey or lean grounb beef baked not fried..no burgers for two years!! small portin with some veggies preferably sweet potatoes or yams..and chicken boiled with rice and before bed one more ump shake. i have used bev. supps. in the past and have enjoyed them but never really had the time and money sometimes to utilise them as i have now and i would very much appreciate any tips, tricks, supplement testimonials that anyone has..thanks again.

Well, I don't know what the quantities of each meal contain but is sure looks like you're not eating enough. Up your calories, back off the energy bars and if that Kashi has soy, drop it like a hot potato. Go to the FITDAY.com website to add up your calories. If you scoll down further on that site, you'll see how macros are broken down. For now, go with a 40P:40C:20F. Your first two weeks should be about 3,400 calories, then drop back to 2,800. Nothing is going to happen until you fire up your metabolism. Some cardiofitness would be beneficial to circulate the O2 thoughout your system. Try it beginning Monday and let's see how the week progresses. Ummmm the biscuit should go, but...hmmm. Let's get you a thicker, better body. At 6'9", you should be about 275 lbs.
