I have been reading up on the affects of HGH spray that you can get over the counter. It tells about the how it can cut fat, improve muscle tone, help with anti-ageing and the list goes on. My question is will Beverly GH factor have the same affects as the HGH spray?

I'd be very sketical about the HGH spray and would probably advise you to save your money on that one.

I have to agree with schmoove...

I’d be extremely skeptical of any spray, lotion or any product on the market without research proven dosages of ingredients that are proven to naturally increase growth hormone levels.

Your best bet is hard training and GH Factor.

We don't carry the Ms. Power Pak any longer...not for about a year. We don't have a Men's specific pack. We have the Super Pak, which is for women and men. I personally take the Super Pak and have for probably 6 years. It's the best, most potent pack for athletes.

Rachel-

I just started taking the Super Pak @a week ago. It's normally taken with my first meal (oatmeal & egg whites). I've noticed that I'm getting a little nauseated. Can it be from the Super Pak? If so, can I split the pack (i.e. half at meal #1 and half at meal #3)?

It's rare to get nausea from the Super Pak (especially when you take it with food) but it's possible. It's very potent, as it should be. Some people get nausea though just from eating food first thing in the morning.
If you need to split it up over a couple meals, that perfectly fine and will probably nix the nausea.

Since I'm used to eating in the a.m., I'll try splitting them up throughout the day. Should I split them up in any particular way?
