Is it okay to use mass aminos during a workout instead of muscle mass BCAA. I'm on a very tight budget.I already take ultra size mixed with muscle provider but I really cant afford to take 25-30 BCAA tabs. With the mass aminos you get 500 tabs which is so much better and affordable.
It's totally ok to use Mass during your training sessions, especially if you're on a gaining phase. I currently take 10 Mass before and after training.
