I work out late in the evenings, and usually only have about 3 hours until bedtime. Any suggestions on post-workout supplementation and meals to best utitlize that time period? Thanks.

What are your goals.

If you are happy with your bodyfat and looking to gain muscle mass use MP and Mass Maker.

If you are trying to lose bodyfat try 2-3 scoops of MP.

I wouldnt worry about the time of the meal, you just trained so the Mass Maker wont hurty you. Id also eat a whole food meal right before bed or about an hour before.
