What are your goals.
If you are happy with your bodyfat and looking to gain muscle mass use MP and Mass Maker. If you are trying to lose bodyfat try 2-3 scoops of MP. I wouldnt worry about the time of the meal, you just trained so the Mass Maker wont hurty you. Id also eat a whole food meal right before bed or about an hour before.
