I would do the glutamine. I am doing the same thing and I am using 2-3 scoops of glutamine during training. I actually use it year round. I would also look at lean out and 7 keto.

I'm not competitor but do weight train too...I use both Glutamine 1scoop after morning cardio, 2scoops during training, creatine after training then 1 scoop glutamine before bed. I really like the mix during my workout

LOL...I know, it seems like alot but you will develop a routine. Sorry, can't really speak for the other products you mentioned. My bodyfat is already low so I don't use them. I'm sure that someone will be able to give you some direction.

sunny if you can list you height weight and current goals I can try and help you further. Also the more supplements you take doesnt mean its better. I would just stick with the glutamine creatine lean out and protein powder since it seems you already have the creatine. I have used 2 scoops of both durring training before with success. Lately too many supplements have given me headaches hence no creatine now. I do have a tub in the pantry. I also do not like how it seems to make me hold water and when cutting i dont like it. With the 7 keto I think you can get away with 1 or 2 pills to acclimate yourself to it. Like i said i am waiting for a few weeks into the cut before i use 7 keto. good luck hope it helps. I would say diet is the biggest component to weight loss. So post your body info and current diet and we can help alot more.
