Hi,

Iam around 15weeks out going into 14weeks starting next week. Would it be alright to add in muscularity? I would take 3 with each meal but would it be with food meals or with protein shakes also?

I have seen NNN newsletter with Jeff Dunn he started muscularity at 16weeks but I know its best used at 6 to 4 weeks.

Would it be a waste to add it in now or would it help to hold on or even add more lean muscle.

Ethan, I would hold on the Muscularity right now. You've got a lot of work ahead of you in terms of the number of weeks you have. It would be a good idea to add in the Muscularity around 5 weeks out when you really have to tighten the diet up and when the cardio starts to increase! Hold on to it though, it is a GREAT supplement to add in at that time! Cheers.

when time for hard dieting , or in a cal deficient state, muscularity with meals is great for the added chromium and b vits, also to inhibit catabolism. free form aminos so they will be in your system fast.
