since the "gh" in gh factor stands for growth hormone, is this what people mean when they talk about HGH? I am only wandering because I think this product would help me, but I wont take it if it has anything to do with hgh...

no, the ingredients are supposed to help the pituitary gland (i think its that) release the gh it holds on to.

so in other words, you are telling me that it is nowhere near as dangerous as hgh, and it wont have any long term negative effects on your body?
