I'm wondering if I'm using the right amount of scoops of Mass Maker after a workout, 3 scoops ?

Are you using it to gain weight or for recovery? Are you mixing with another protein like UMP or Muscle Provider? Depending on your goals, you could use up to six scoops. Or try three scoops Mass Maker and one to two scoops Muscle Provider or UMP as your post training meal.

depends on what you do workout wise. if i mountain bike for 1.5-2 hours ill do 6 scoops mass maker which is nearly 90 g carb 40 g pro.
plus ive also burned between 900-1200 calories. now if on weight training i may use 2 -3 scoops because i didnt use as musch muscle glycogen unless using high 15-20 rep range on sets for depletion

I EAT A LOT OF CARBS, SO I LIKE TO DO 6 SCOOPS 2-3X/DAY YEAR ROUND,UNLESS GETTING READY FOR SHOW. MASS MAKER IS COMPOSED OF SLOW BURNING CARBS THAT WONT SPIKE YOUR BLOOD SUGAR LIKE OTHER BRANDS MAY.
