depends on what you do workout wise. if i mountain bike for 1.5-2 hours ill do 6 scoops mass maker which is nearly 90 g carb 40 g pro. plus ive also burned between 900-1200 calories. now if on weight training i may use 2 -3 scoops because i didnt use as musch muscle glycogen unless using high 15-20 rep range on sets for depletion
