OK, so I have a very serious question here. I just started taking the Superpak and the Density in addition to my previous arsenal of Beverly products. Is there anything in either one of these supplements that would cause constipation? I am going on 4 days now and I can not go to the Bathroom! I am dying here! Please let me know- even if there is a certain vitamin in the vitamin pack that I have to leave out I will do so because I am dying here. I don't want to stop taking these supps if I don't have to because I have read so many good things about them. Any input would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

I believe the iron found in Superpak is more likely to cause this than any other constituents of these two supplements, although I'd be surprised if this is the culprit as the dosage is not, by any means, excessive.

Be sure to include plenty of fluids. Good luck!
