| 16 Mass will give you 16 grams of protein. Its just a little bit, but I suppose it is better than nothing. I would never do it, but different strokes for... you know the rest. There is NO reason why Quadracarn couldn't be added. Fantastic supplement and another WINNER from Beverly. I can't even think of an instance where Quadracarn would be contraindicated to use??? Quadracarn in addition to your Mass and Synergy and even your Coffee would greatly enhance your anabolic enviornment, fat mobilization, and fat energy usage post workout!! Go ahead and be comfortable adding this supp to your stack

| Same here. Not hungry in morning. I wake up at 7am and have a scoop of UMP and a scoop of the new Creatine Select in my coffee on the way to the gym at 8am. I am wired! and the lack of carbs doesn't seem to hurt my strength. I know because there are times when I will train in the evening after a day's worth of quality carbs. I haven't tried Quadracarn yet. Next order! |
