Ultra 40 has 2 grams of protein and about 8 cals per tab. Most do not account for these additional calories when calculating food amounts to reach a specific daily caloric intake.

Go to the main page. Scroll down the grey column and click on Ultra 40. Read the "what" of what, who, why, how. Ultra 40 contains no carbs or fats. It's perfect bodybuilding nutrition without the penalties of whole raw liver.

Steven--
Is there an expiration on Ultra 40's? I noticed on the bottom there was a date...is it safe to take past that date?

Hey Chico,

You have an older bottle I think. The date use to be a manufacturing date. The general rule of thumb is that they are best used within two years of that date. After that time, vitamins and minerals can start to lose some of there potency.

Newer bottles from this year and going forward have a best buy date/expiration (based on two years) stamped on them.
