This is probably a dumb question but.... What impact does creatine have on fat loss? Increase fat loss? Slow the fat loss process? No effect?

Directly it has no effect like a lipotropic formula, ECA or 7-keto.

But, if you think about it, creatine leads to more energy via ATP conversion, which leads to more intense workouts, stimulating more calories burned, and more cellular damage, i.e. new growth. Therefore indirectly Id say creatine will help with fat loss. It also helps keep some fullness on a lower carb diet, although we all know it works better on moderate to higher carbs.

See what others have to say.

Good answer!! Note: If you start loading creatine after your bf has been tested... then you take the bf again while you are in maintenance mode, you may see a bit of false fat loss and an exagerated increase lean gain due to the water support in the tissue. (could be up to 5 pounds)
It is only in the numbers!
