I am in the middle of a offseason lean gaining period and I have been performing a 30-45 min. LISS cardio session first thing in the morning to get my metabolism firing. Before the session I drink: 2-3 lean out 1 cup green tea 1 sc. G.select 5 density I had such good success with quadracarn during my last month of a contest prep that I am thinking to switching to 3-4 quadracarn in place of the leanout. So my question is should I switch to the quad. or save it for contest prep time. Is quadracarn something that should be cycled and saved for the last few months of prep when you really need to get shredded? | ||

Because the active ingredients in Quadracarn are non thermogenic then there would be no reason to cycle on or off it. If you are in a fat loss/mobilzation phase then I would suggest adding it in. | |||

Mecca, I cycled Quadracarn for my last show for the first time, and I wasn't that impressed. The only thing I think it worked well at was supressing my appetite better. The stack Im going to do this show, and usually do is the Lean out, GH Factor, and energy reserve. It seems to work well for me. I also just started Gaspari's Mitatropin, I'm one month out. I'll let you know how that goes. | |||

Hey thanks for the input. Bob I added it in for 3 weeks during my last prep and I got a dense hard appearance to my physique. I know I got leaner during this time so to say it was just the quad. is a tough call but it def. helped me dial in, I know that carnitine can help give you a harder look to your physique so I am debating why even bother with the lean out if the quad. is that much more of a potent/better form of carnitine. This is similar questioning I am having with the MASS anymore during a prep, the Density seems to have a better amino profile so why bother with the MASS during a prep. Although the MASS seems to come in handy during a gaining period where I dont think the Dnsity is needed. | |||

Mass Amino's are great to fill in any gaps in protein requirements (1 gram per tab) both in and off season, althought getting enough quality protein is normally not an issue off season. | |||

Fatloss is certainly a benefit of Quadracarn, but it is not THE benefit or the only thing it does. Lean Out would still be the first thing we’d recommend for fat loss as this is Lean Out’s primary function. Quadracarn is actually more of a muscle builder, recovery enhancer and enhancer of testosterone effectiveness. But that’s still just scratching the surface of the benefits.
