I am going to start a muscle gain cycle but need an appropriate stack to do so. I weigh 165 lbs. so I would be taking 16-17 Mass Amino tablets daily along with suggested Creatine Select and Muscle Provider servings. This is what I had in mind...

Mass Aminos--pre & post-workout
Creatine Select with Beta Alanine--Pre-workout
Muscle Provider--pre & post-workout

Suggestions??

brandon whats up? id suggest creatine after workout you could load with 2-4 scoops fro the first few daysthen 1-2 scoops daily after that
mass aminos look good. take them with your meals to enhance protein absorption.

muscle prov depends on your macros but you be good with around 30-40 grams pre and post workout
