How many calories are in a scoop of glutamine select and what are the macros? I assume its all protein, but I could be wrong.

When dealing with free form amino acids like you find in Glutamine Select there is no definitive answer to what the macros are. There are 8 grams of protein per scoop and no fat or carbs, but that doesn't necessarily translate to 32 cal as it would if we were considering food.

You will never gain fat by consuming free form aminos so it is better not to count them at all.

This is also true for Density, Muscle Mass, Muscularity, Up-Lift, etc.
