I am 7 weeks out and want to start using a supplement to help support my dropping hormone levels from dieting. I am doing a natural show and I am limited. I think that bev ZMA will help me. It says to take 3 pills 30 min before bed or last meal. Just wanted to know how you guys and gals take it. Do you take it this way or a dif way and has it worked for you?
Hi Menna, it should be taken during your mass gaining phase of training , I dont think it would hurt any to start taking it!, it should be taken 30-60 mins prior to bed time, and avoid taking inconjunction with products containing calcium,because it can blunt absorbstion

Menna, My nighttime stack is 3 ZMA/6 GH Factor/2 Melatonin/5 Grams of Glutamine. It seems to cover all the bases, Anticatabolic, Anabolic, Muscle Tissue repair, Natural GH release,and help regulate sleep. Works good for me. But I need all the help I can get in the over 40 club.
1 serving of ZMA plus 1 serving of Density before bed...you'll sleep like a baby and you'll naturally secrete some hefty levels of GH. ZMA and L-Tryptophan were a staple of every pre contest diet I followed.

good stack and i use this plus 5htp with meal 4 or 5 also
