I recently got onto a training and diet program. Things are going great! I am also in the "groove" in the gym. I am making great gains in size and strength.

But It feels like i got hit by a car. I am extremly sore.

I was wondering if some glutamine or creatine would help out with this and recovery. Well, I know they both speeden the recovery time. But tone the soreness down?

Glutamine might help with some recovery. But in my opinion nothing helps more than a good nights sleep and stretching. Make sure you are stretching !! I try to stretch no less than 20 minutes a day.

Im with shorty. Also, try a 5-10 minute light cardio workout on the crosstrainer. This helps with blood flow. Also, a 5 minute dip in the spa helps as well.
