Now that my first competition is under my belt. I loved the whole experience. I will definetly have to work on the stage presence (nerves got the best of me). However, would you recommend a lesser dose of lean out and 7-keto musclean, or stop for a while then get back on it? I want to stay lean, but really do not want to become resistant to the product. I will continue to take UMP, EPA's, Density and Ultra 40. But I am at 10.78%BF and probably could afford to get off the lean out and 7-keto. Your thoughts?
You can stay on lean out all year long but with the 7-Keto you should reduce your current dossage by one pill every 3 days untill you dont take anymore.
If you want to stay lean in the off season get on a good diet. and lift hard + cardio on off days from lifting
hi everyone, i'm fairly new to this web-site. i have a question about the UMP vs. MP. i'm using the protein mainly for before and after working and sometimes.....when i get lazy, maybe a shake during the day. which one is better for me? I did however purcase the UMP already. will i gain weight if i continue to take this? thanks

You can stay lean or lean out on either one. I personally like MP better for leaning out though - and I love it for post workout since it's fast acting. Since I always use MP in my contest prep I tend to continue using it year round - I'm a creature of habit. But I have plenty of clients who stay nice and lean on UMP.
