I would think that it would be fine. The ONLY thing I would be concerned with is your final or "peak" week. I dont know what kind of reaction that Glucosamine or chondroitin can have as far as water retention? It may be nothing or it may be just that last little percentage.... I personally would not use it that last week because of this reason alone. All fats need to be accounted for as far as I'm concerned. I believe there is 1-2 grams of fats?

Personally, I wouldn't do it on my last week of prep. Any chance that a foreign substance can cause water-retention and i NIX it immediately. I have given Joint Care as a supplement to a couple of my patients, and they really seem to respond to it! Its no miracle worker, but they experience a decrease in joint pain sensitivity, and are able to go about their day without constantly thinking about knee pain or elbow pain or shoulder pain... i guess in its own way, that IS kind of a miracle eh?

Joint Care is perfectly fine to use up to and including contest day. Every supplement we have can be used by a competitor all the way through - that's the intention and standard of all of our supplements. There's nothing that will blur your conditioning or keep you from getting in shape. In terms of counting the fat content, if you're talking about the Primrose Oil in Joint care, you'd have to consume 12 caps per day to register 1 gram of fat. This is not a supplement you need to be worried about including in your daily caloric intake.
I'd have to agree with Steven, I've used upwards of 12 JC per day with no negative side effects. If you want to nit pick you can count the calories contained in Glutamine Select, Creatine Select, Muscularity, etc. Unless you are using a complete type of protein like Mass Amino's and Ultra 40, I wouldn't worry about the calories in Joint Care, or creatine/bcaa's where skeletal muscle will quickly utilize them especially when centered around the training window.
