I am about 11 weeks out from a figure competition and I have decided to add supplements to my training this year. I just placed an order for Mass Aminos and Ultra 40 tablets. Can anyone give me an guidance on how to take these? How many should I take per meal? I am about 105-106 pounds right now...

Hi Marisa! Congrats on picking up the greatest Beverly Duo that EVER existed!! That is Bodybuilding's best kept secret, now don't tell anybody else Wink.

You are gonna have to take 1 tablet each per 10 pounds of body-weight in addition to your meals. Mass has 1 g of protein per tab, Ultra 40 has 2 g per tab so adjust your protein intake accordingly as these tabs will add some serious fire power to your protien intake!

You are looking at 2-3 tabs each per meal (assuming you are eating 5 meals a day). Post your diet so that we can adjust the protien intake in accordance with the tabs so you aren't going over your calories demanded.

Here is my current diet:

Low day-

Meal 1: 6 whites, 1 whole egg, 1/2 grapefruit
Meal 2: 2 scoops Ultra Size, 3 strawberries, 1 tbsp Flax
Meal 3: 3oz tuna or chicken, 2 egg whites, 1 cup green beans
Meal 4: 2 scoops Ultra Size, 3 strawberries or 1/2 c blueberries
Meal 5: 4oz (cooked) protein, large salad

High Day:

Meal 1- 6 egg whites, 1/2 grapefruit, 1/2 cup oats
Meal 2- approx 3/4 cup oats, 1 scoops Ultra Size
Meal 3- 2/3 cup brown rice, 3oz chicken, 1 cup green beans, 1 tbsp flax
Meal 4- 2/3 cup cottage cheese, 1/2 apple, 4oz (cooked) sweet potato
Meal 5- 3oz protein, salad
Meal 6- 1 1/4 scoops Ultra Size, 1 tbsp PB, FF cool whip

I am taking the Superpak every morning and the glutamine with BCAAs during my weight workouts as well.

Ok, you'll have to drop a few grams of protein with every meal to add in the 3 Ultra 40's and 3 MASS tabs (with every meal of course). Something like this:


Low day-
